Rug has defected color in the middle of rug. I cannot figure out how to attach photo to send to show your personnel

I havnt unrolled the rug yet but I do see that it was folded, I didn't realize that. So it's probly fine..thankyou

I am not upset; I love your rugs. I ordered a few months back and just laid them out.
The padding is too thick and poses a tripping hazard. I was wondering if I can return it. I am getting ready to order the thinner one and was wondering if I can return the thicker one. I know it has passed the 30-day return window.
Or even if I could get some of the price back. The one I am ordering is at a lower price; even a lower price would be acceptable.
Preferred solution: Maybe return this pad for the thinner one. No money back

Verified Buyer |I had to send my rug back and I never got my money then they showed me that had been sent to link and I did not even know what that was nor do I have an account, so how do I get my money back?
Bought a rug in March and returned it the next day. I had ordered it with my credit card, but they have a receipt that they sent me finally today that they had refunded it to live.
I am 73 and dont know one thing about that company.
I would never do anything like that. How do I get my money back?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They gave back part of my payment, thst I agreed to. All is good
Received rug later than expected.
Rug has a dark area on it. I was asked to send pics so I did and Im waiting to hear back. Customers service was very polite

Have not received my order
I was told it would be delivered 12/7 and again on 12/8. This morning I was sent a text it would be delivered 12/8 and it is 12/9. I am unable to talk to anyone to get an explanation.

Want to return rug
I did not mean to get pissedconsumer. I am NOT pissed and I do not even use that word.
I just would like to return my rug. It isnt going to work out in my kitchen. No packing slip. I need an address to return the rug.

Verified Reviewer |I was thinking about ordering the padding but I can put on top of my old rug. I just wish they had more colors.
I would like to see more Indian type patterns and more brighter colors. A lot of choices, but colors arent that great patterns arent that great but I did find one that I really like turquoise I just wish I had more options.

Out of the rugs I have bought I have always been pleased. I have one eye bought in October that is frame on the edge. I am a single woman no pets please help me with this situation
Explain my not finding true burgundy color.
I love the rugs & the fact I can easily return if the color is wrong. I have had quite a time getting a true burgundy color.
Too much red in the rugs. Still did not find one that truly matches my room color.

Ordered 2 rugs online. When artived they were useless on a hardwood floor.
Asked snout trturn and had questions answered. The rugs will be refunded.
